Develop the company handbook that provides necessary compliance requirements, communicates policies that reflect the culture and needs of the business, and accurately describes the practices of management. Delark will work with management personnel, specifically Human Resources to identify key policies relevant to the business. Delark will then complete a first draft for phone or on-site review and consultation with necessary management to ensure policy and practices are consistent. At the close of the project, Delark will provide HHC with an electronic version of the handbook.
